Perfect fabulous hotel with beautiful location in downtown. Location right by easy access to the Tiergarten, the outskirts of a nice park and a big park. Besides, easy to get to a historic park. Early check-in and easy check-out, parking onsite. No charge for concierge service and wake up service too.

Loved the spacious Executive Family Room with a great balcony view! Staff were super helpful—one even walked us to the tram! Only downside was some inconsistency with room amenities towards the end of our stay. 😊

We were visiting our friends in Hannover and the location of the hotel was just perfect.
We arrived late and the extra bed which requested for our son at the time of booking was not ready, it took them some 45 minutes to prepare the bed. Hotel needs to change some of the old blanckets and pillows which they provide to the guests.

The breakfast had freshly baked croissants, made my day! The spacious room offered a quiet area with a lovely view over the park, and the staff were accommodating with our late checkout request. I reminded me of royalty!
I did have a hiccup with the shower pressure. It barely trickled out. Plus, finding my clean room after 5 PM was a bit of a scavenger hunt. Still, the ambiance made up for it, shining through like a diamond in the rough.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms but a bit on the small side and dated decor. Nice location outside of city but right next to the tram station and deer park so you get best of both worlds.

The hotel was very conveniently situated as I needed to visit someone in the nearby hospital. The hotel is not too far from the city centre of Hannover. It is right by the Tierpark and so ideal for those wishing to walk or cycle.

Excellent out of town location. Hotel is situated at the entrance to Tiergarten, very peacefull and easy to relax. Has secure parking and easy access to public transport.

No nonsense, just the truth
A seamless experience with a very warm welcome and complimentary German beer upon arrival. The Executive Family Room was well-equipped, with a lovely fruit basket. A quiet evening was complemented by delicious breakfast options. An added bonus is the hotel's proximity to a wonderful park with deer!
